As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will play a key role on the team and drive our critical work to establish Curology in the market through our creator collaborations.

Consistently analyzing internal processes to make the influencer program more efficient and progressive.
Play an integral role in developing a competitive influencer strategy.
Identify and engage influencers to share the Curology story with them
Manage organic and paid influencer collaborations with creators from 10k to 10M followers
Identify opportunities to reach influencers on new channels beyond Instagram and YouTube
Structure and negotiate partnerships with influencers that create a win-win outcome
Manage our gifting programs for influencers
Collaborate with others on the influencer team to organize and host Curology’s influencer events
Cross-functionally partner with various marketing departments to understand overarching company needs.
At least 3+ years of experience managing influencer collaborations at an agency or brand
A keen intuition for what messages will resonate with influencers
Quantitative skills to analyze and assess the success of your influencer marketing efforts
Great verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship building skills
Outstanding project management skills
