In Strategic Brand Partnerships, you are an integral part of the Brand Marketing Team. You’ll define Curology’s partnership marketing strategy and lead its execution to develop the Curology community and its love of Curology.
Own the partnership and promotional calendar in alignment with business and marketing strategy
Create a partnership program framework starting with vetting criteria, success benchmarks, and tracking systems to ensure brand alignment
Take pride in using an ROI-driven approach to structure meaningful partnerships. If the numbers work, the sky's the limit. Strategize on how to collaborate with a variety of partners - some obvious, some not so obvious - in a buzzworthy and unconventional way
“Hustle” in negotiations and problem-solving to remove the ability for partners to say “no.”
Collaborate with our in-house creative talent to evolve existing programs. Think gifting campaigns, sampling programs, and event activations
Find the up-and-coming brands to partner with that keep Curology at the forefront of a changing cultural landscape
2+ years experience in developing and running partnership programs or similar roles, e.g business development
Excellent multitasking with immaculate organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
