As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll work on defining the Curology brand, generating awareness among consumers and fostering the love our users already have for Curology. You’ll have the opportunity to blend strategic thinking and problem-solving with hands-on detail-oriented execution.
Lead the collaboration between marketing, creative and other teams to ideate, concept, plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns, e.g. product launches, seasonal campaigns
Own the development and execution of brand partnerships that increase awareness and elevate the Curology brand
Develop Curology’s strategy for participation in industry events (e.g. GenBeauty, BeautyCon, VidCon)
Oversee Curology’s public relations efforts: Manage the work of our PR agency, develop unique pitch angles, develop relationships with key journalists
Design Curology’s sampling program and manage our on-going participation
Collaborate with our in-house creative team to evolve the brand messaging and define campaign-based messaging

Able to jump between strategy and hands-on execution seamlessly
Always driving projects forward no matter what obstacles might appear in your path
Quick to build relationships with key industry contacts
Always thinking about prioritization and how to take an 80/20 approach
Not afraid to drive tough negotiations with vendors and partners
Proven track record (5+ years) of executing groundbreaking marketing programs
Strong written and verbal communication
A creative streak to help you evaluate creative ideas and assets
Ideally some experience in direct-to-consumer brands, CPG, beauty or a related industry
