As a Video Team Lead you will play a key role on our creative team and lead all of our video efforts.
YOU ARE - Excited to roll up your sleeves and create amazing videos telling the Curology story - Always in the know on the latest creative trends, trending ad campaigns and viral videos - An excellent storyteller that captures the right message together with the right visual - Looking to partner with the rest of the creative team on creating unique concepts for groundbreaking 360° campaigns - Passionate about creating amazing ads - you pride yourself on telling your best stories in 30 seconds - Comfortable shooting in the morning and editing in the afternoon for a launch the next morning
YOU WILL - Shape the vision for all video efforts at Curology - Lead the in-house video team in end-to-end video creation covering concept, shoot, editing and post-production - Be the team lead of our in-house video team and assemble larger crews as necessary for shoots - Work closely with the creative team to develop unique video concepts that help push Curology’s brand to new heights - Bring your experience in art direction to our video team - Work on a wide range of video projects from 10 second ads for Snapchat to 10 minute short films and everything in between - Bring valuable feedback to our existing workflows, previous campaigns, and offer a unique perspective as the most experienced person on the video team
YOU HAVE - At least 10 years of experience in professional filmmaking - An experienced eye in cinematography and art direction - A passion for skincare and beauty products - Experience filming and editing video - A keen intuition what marketing messages will resonate with our audience - Great verbal and written communication skills - Outstanding project management skills
