Shape the vision for all video efforts at Curology, with a focus on creating fresh new concepts for our brand
Oversee and manage the in-house video team in end-to-end video creation covering concept, shoot, editing and post-production
Work on a wide range of video projects from 10 second ads for Snapchat to 10 minute short films and everything in between
Innovate on our existing workflows
Collaborate with the rest of the creative team to generate story ideas for 360 campaigns, including art, design, and copy
At least 5+ years of experience in professional filmmaking
At least 3+ years managing a video team
A love for concepting and pitching
An experienced eye in cinematography and art direction
A passion for skincare and beauty products
Experience filming and editing video
A capacity to understand numbers and work with marketing managers
Great verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding project management skills
