Sr Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage campaigns, optimize marketing strategies, and work with the Marketing Leadership team to align marketing initiatives towards healthcare brokers and employers. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies within paid and owned channels, preparing forecasts, and communicating results to key internal stakeholders.
Sr. Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Owning the broker and employer consumer journey and optimizing marketing touchpoints throughout.
- Developing campaign strategies and executing tactics to educate and engage brokers and employers on our healthcare offering.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing campaign performance and reach of the healthcare plan to brokers and employers.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Pitching and piloting creative brand awareness campaigns to increase market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies across the marketing team (PR, growth, etc.) and departments, such as sales, finance, and operations.
- Developing and managing the marketing campaign budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns with vendors.
- Preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management.
- Serving as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders on marketing operations for the health plan as it relates to broker and employer needs.
Sr. Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- 7+ years experience, with at least four years at a manager-level, ideally with people management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- B2B marketing experience required.
- Experience selling services to brokers and/or employers a major plus, but not required.
- Experience in healthcare is a major plus, but not required.
