SUMMARY 

Curative is searching for an Integrated Marketing Manager to participate in the marketing and promotions of the Health Hub facility as it aligns with Curative’s mission.  This role will work alongside the Director of Design and Brand Experience to enhance viability and engagement with the physical space, and create standard operating procedures for future Health Hubs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans to drive membership participation for the health hub including, wellness assessment, personal training, the spa, food and beverage
  • Work cross-functionally with Curative Marketing teams as well as creative agency partners to create a cohesive marketing plan for the health hub, ensuring proper channels are leveraged and overseeing workflow between creative and key stakeholders for necessary approvals
  • The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a strategic guide and planner for the Marketing team, stewarding the development of communications assets and plans that are built to enhance the member experience and drive new business across all Curative channels
  • This position works closely with all marketing stakeholders to develop briefs and creative tactics/executions that meet the brand's marketing objectives
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans for the health hub including, wellness assessment, personal training, the spa, food and beverage, that deliver on enhancing the member experience and financial goals of the business
  • Collaborate with peer groups across functions - social media, member marketing, email, and comms and public relations - to build relationships and execute integrated marketing programs
  • Ensure activation plans, execution timelines, and deliverables are clear, remain on-track and align with the business goals
  • Oversee marketing requests in response to on-going needs of the business, which may include emails to drive referrals, pilot tests of new products or services and retention programs
  • Keep a consistent pulse on the cultural landscape – what is new and next – and actively explore how we can carve out white space for our businesses
  • Support the execution of any relevant brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and reinforce marketing objectives
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of monthly business results that are connected to marketing efforts for these businesses

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 

To be successful in this role an individual must be able to perform the duties listed below which represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or similar.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
  • At least four years of marketing experience, ideally with people management experience
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly.
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite), Asana, and Slack.
  • Experience in healthcare is a major plus, but not required.
