About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy across the organization. You’ll lead a team of Talent Advisors, guiding them through the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from corporate leadership positions to high-volume hires. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team to ensure our recruitment strategies align with business goals while scaling for rapid growth. Your leadership will drive the execution of recruitment best practices, focusing on attracting top-tier talent at all levels. What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire – Mentor and develop a team of Talent Advisors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
- Drive Strategic Hiring – Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, including C-level executives, ensuring we hire the best talent to drive business success.
- Build a Talent Pipeline – Use proactive sourcing strategies and your network to create a strong pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Business Leaders – Work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture leaders to align recruitment strategies with company goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Market – Provide insights on compensation, industry trends, and recruiting metrics to keep us competitive.
- Enhance Onboarding & Retention – Collaborate with People & Culture to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and succeed long-term.
- Optimize & Innovate – Continuously refine recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience.
- Adapt & Execute – Thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment where agility and problem-solving are key.
- Leverage Data & Compliance – Maintain ATS integrity and track key recruiting metrics to guide strategy and decision-making.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in corporate recruitment, with high-volume experience as a key asset.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, develop, and elevate recruitment teams.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, talent marketing, and employer branding.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in developing efficient workflows, SOPs, and hiring strategies.
- Business Partner Mentality: Confident collaborating with executive leadership and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
- Strong Communication: Ability to engage and inspire candidates, teams, and stakeholders.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment where priorities shift and challenges turn into opportunities.
