Curaleaf is looking to hire a Custodian/Facilities Associate to join our team in Amesbury, MA. This role is responsible for handling the cleaning of all uniforms and scrubs within the Curaleaf Webster facility. The Facilities Associate will support the Maintenance and Janitorial teams as needed.
Cleaning all uniforms and scrubs within the facility
Maintaining GMP standards within the facility to avoid cross-contamination
Making sure all sizes of uniforms and scrubs are available for employees as needed
Making management aware of any issues with the washing machine and dryer in the facility
Maintaining cleanliness within the laundry room
Other duties as needed/required to meet goals
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to pass a national background check per state cannabis regulations
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required
2+ years janitorial experience preferred
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work. Work effectively with minimal supervision

Standing for extended periods of time is common

Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
All jobs require daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms.
Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
