We are looking for a reliable Facilities Coordinator to be a jack-of-all traits to help upkeep our cultivation and processing facility. We will rely on you to keep our facility in perfect condition and help where needed! You must be well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities. A good eye for detail is valued greatly in this role. This is an opportunity to learn and participate in many areas of the organization.
Keep the facility clean by regularly sweeping, dusting and mopping.
Ensure the bathrooms, locker rooms and break area are kept tidy and clean.
Handle green waste for the facility and ensure compliance according to the SOP.
Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting and repair of walls, floors and carpets.
Regularly check community spaces to Identify and report the need for any repairs.
Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the transportation, moving and assembly of equipment and furniture.
Serve as a back-up transportation specialist, as needed, delivering product to dispensaries.
Learn and help with cultivation tasks in trimming and packaging.
Special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
Good communication ability
Apt in problem-solving
Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds on occasion and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test through the State of Maryland.
