Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for being the primary contact with our marketing agency to support in the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.


Strategy Development - Conduct research, review analytics, and contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies that clearly align with client goals and business objectives.

Campaign Execution - Develop digital marketing campaign assets. Activities may include research, content production, social media management, content distribution and promotion, proofreading, email and newsletter development, updating website copy, building conversion paths, reviewing analytics, tracking search ranking, managing keyword campaigns, building reports, and more.

Technology and Platform Management - Manage and utilize core marketing technologies and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, and more.

Project Management - Work as part of a team to deliver work according to our agile process. Participate in daily standups, review & retro, and planning meetings. Manage work in Jira, our project management platform.

Training - Complete all required training and certifications in our formal training program to become an expert in inbound marketing, social/search/content marketing, marketing automation software, public relations software, CRM, and more.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.
