CrunchTime is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager for our established restaurant software business. You will be experienced in B2B marketing optimization and driving conversions across digital channels, while carefully monitoring, measuring and reporting out on performance. A keen focus on delivering innovative digital marketing programs that increase, leads, sales and revenue is required. In this role, which reports to the VP/Head of Marketing, optimization instincts, martech savvy and an analytical mindset are key to driving engagement, conversions and growth. 


  • Partner with Marketing team members, including the Content & Campaigns and Product Marketing leads, to create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns based on personas and growth targets 
  • Manage website SEO and SEM, including Google Ads for remarketing and display, as well as other PPC and ABM campaigns that further conversions; optimize our digital budget 
  • Optimize CrunchTime’s social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and work with our Content & Campaigns lead to drive content creation and campaign delivery 
  • Partner across Sales team to analyze MQLs, SQLs and Opportunity conversions, and uncover areas for improvement around CPA 
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports and findings based on data all the way up to the executive level 


  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO and performance marketing in a high-growth B2B organization 
  • HubSpot CRM expertise and certification is a big plus (though not required); marketing automation experience is a prerequisite 
  • Salesforce skills and martech integrations capability desired 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or other social media management platforms), Hubspot (or other marketing automation platforms) 
  • High proficiency in applying analytics to inform strategic recommendations; ability to deliver compelling reports that include guidance for improvements 
  • Solid project management skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, optimize budget and keep complex projects moving forward 
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns 
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
