We're looking for a Data Quality Manager to ensure the quality and thoroughness of large ground truth datasets used in the training and validation of autonomous vehicles.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to identify and collect requirements on characteristics, thoroughness, and correctness of datasets used in training AV sensors
Identify new processes and tools that quantitatively measure the quality of a dataset
Track and report KPIs on data quality to key stakeholders and leadership
Lead new projects and processes that can improve quality, collaborating with data collection and data labeling teams to address any gaps in datasets
Communicate requirements for new tools that assist in assessing and measuring data quality to engineering teams and data science teams
3+ years of professional experience supporting teams using large datasets for supervised learning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
Passionate about self-driving cars and their impact on the world
Solve difficult problems that have immediate and valuable real-world applications
