We're the driverless car company. We believe in improving people’s lives by making transportation safer, more accessible, and more convenient. Our team is small and we move quickly. We’re currently testing a fully driverless solution on city streets. We're looking for smart, ambitious people to help build the world’s largest fleet of driverless cars.

We’re looking for a Deployment Associate to manage new market deployment projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive completion of 1-2 concurrent new market deployments
  • Own day-to-day facility search, construction, and launch timelines, budgets, forecasts, and stakeholder communication for assigned markets
  • Lead weekly meetings with key project team members (including vendors and Cruise stakeholders) and hold contributors accountable for their respective responsibilities
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in IT, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and Operations to seamlessly launch new offices on-time and on-budget
  • Anticipate and solve for key risks and opportunities
  • Proactively find new ways to optimize and refine new market launches
  • Drive exceptional standards and documentation across our growing Deployments team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in project management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Expert communicator
  • Natural problem-solver
  • Able to juggle numerous projects simultaneously with ease
  • Comfortable with regular travel

Bonus Points

  • Tech, automotive, or construction industry experience
