We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to help architect and build software for embedded devices as part of autonomous vehicle development team.
- Design and develop complex, highly scalable, and latency-optimized software in C and C++
- Invent, extend, design and develop next-generation features for self-driving car applications
- Improve and deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing and code reviews
- 10+ years of experience as a Firmware Engineer writing production quality code in C or C++
- Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies
- Experience building and developing on Linux systems
- Working experience operating and debugging embedded systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Unit test everything, but know when to ask our stellar tools team for scripts or tools
- Experience with networking
- Experience with ROS
- Solve difficult problems that have immediate and valuable real-world applications
