We're looking for systems engineers to help manage engineering requirements, monitor the performance of, and build robust information systems for mapping, planning and perception software systems.
Work and plan with software engineering teams to anticipate potential issues, identify dependencies, and develop validation test strategies.
Develop testable requirements from system requirements and implementation architecture
Manage traceability between software systems and their test evidence
Analyze validation test evidence to challenge assumptions and harden requirement rationales
Communicate across teams and outside agencies about team progress & needs
Build and manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders
BS or MS, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering field
4+ years of industry experience in complex software systems or other related discipline
Ability to understand complex technical systems
Strong technical and nontechnical communication skills
Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Experience with robotics or autonomous vehicles
Experience with machine learned applications
Experience with transportation engineering or civil engineering
Experience working in regulated environment
Solve difficult problems that have immediate and valuable real-world applications
