Cruise’s Go To Market team is responsible for designing and executing Cruise's operational strategy. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of self-driving cars by creating a scalable service that delights our customers - connecting them to the people and things they care about at the lowest cost. We collaborate across Cruise and our partners to develop vehicle platforms like the Cruise Origin, support the growth of our all-electric fleet, and build the products and tools necessary to run operations across markets. Central Market Operations Team

  • Coordinates procedures, preparedness, & management of all AV-related incidents and other critical events for both pre-commercial and commercial operations. 
  • Facilities synchronized operations across multiple geographies. 
  • Drives operational excellence across orgs through continuous improvement initiatives, document management best practices, and promotion of a Lean culture. 

What you must have:

  • Currently enrolled in first year of MBA degree program (or other technical Masters degree).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Eager to solve problems and take on responsibility.
  • Analytical skills and problem solving ability. 
  • Curiosity and learning mindset. 

Bonus points!  

  • Relevant background in operations. 
  • Experience in project or program management.  
  • Experience in the mobility or transportation industry. 
  • Past experience/ and or subject matter expertise in incident or acute company-wide crisis management. 
  • Experience managing a fleet and related risk/incident management. 
  • Experience with public interaction with robots or autonomous systems.
