About the Role:
The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will serve as the face of Cruise to deliver an unprecedented, world-class candidate experience and continually improve it as we scale. We're looking for someone with a penchant for ensuring interviews are logistically streamlined, who can effortlessly navigate dynamic environments with precision and composure, and deliver a top-tier white glove experience for all Executive candidates. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will join the Executive Recruiting Team to help shape in-house leadership and best practices/processes during a pivotal stage in our growth while developing invaluable skills in the multi-faceted realm of recruiting. What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a comfortable and welcoming experience to candidates from the initial point of contact, to guiding them to the finish line, so that each becomes a champion of our brand 
  • Supporting our Executive Recruiting Team to provide white glove service for all candidates
  • Partner with Executive Assistants to ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Coordinating a high volume of complex scheduling requests: Interviews, Pre-interview Syncs, Hiring debriefs, and Intake meetings
  • Maintaining a deep level of confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Continually improving our processes to make every step of our recruiting process exceptional for candidates and fellow employees 
  • Maintaining data integrity within systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
  • Interface with Executives at weekly hiring syncs to provide real time updates regarding interview processes and roadblocks
  • Cultivating relationships with core client groups within the different layers of Cruise
  • Continually improving our processes to make every step of our recruiting process exceptional
  • Arranging travel and lodging and process candidate reimbursements while providing a seamless candidate experience, when applicable

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience in an Administrative/Executive Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator role
  • Remarkably organized and have a keen eye for even the most minute details 
  • A resilient and self resourceful ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks
  • Adaptable, able to shift gears at a moment's notice
  • Genuine interest in relationship building and ability to partner cross functionally
  • Always striving to improve and iterate on best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
  • Passionate about self-driving cars and their impact on the world!

Bonus Points!

  • Familiarity with an ATS platform (Greenhouse preferred) 
  • Familiarity with a scheduling platform (GoodTime preferred)
  • Experience working with a remote recruiting organization
  • Experience organizing external events/managing projects at universities, conferences, in-house, etc.
