The People Analytics & Insights team works with data across the entire employee lifecycle to blend analysis with expert judgement: integrating both qualitative and quantitative signals to empower leadership to make better decisions. We apply the best practices of business operations and analytics to the HR and Recruiting space while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. As People and Recruiting Analyst, you will develop subject matter expertise of employee and candidate data, create reports and dashboards, and elevate findings to insights and recommendations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining an understanding of our various HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, Absorb) and how to access data and create meaningful reports
  • Designing and building Tableau dashboards and analyses that identify deep insights into underlying business matters
  • Partnering with the HRBP organization to deploy outcomes from reporting or survey analysis to the business such that leaders can take action
  • Building relationships with internal People partners and key leaders in the business to provide ad-hoc data analysis and support on People-related topics across the business
  • Survey design, deployment and analysis including employee engagement, performance reviews, and onboarding/exits to gain direct feedback from employees

What you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Consulting, Finance, Compensation, Sales Operations or Business Analytics
  • BA/BS in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, economics, statistics or business or equivalent years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; experience building models, dashboards and reports
  • Intermediate SQL skills and experience with Tableau building data visualizations
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid client management, ability to ask questions and provide options to vague requests
  • Clear communication, ability to flex between technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus Points!

  • Working knowledge of People or Recruiting business processes across the entire employee lifecycle
  • High proficiency with presentation building
  • Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or Glint
  • Experience in Survey Development and Design
