About the role:

The Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Radar - Perception focuses on a wide spectrum of research and development to tackle challenges on urban roads with radar. From the research perspective, this role explores, prototypes, validates, and iterates new ML, statistical modeling or tracking algorithms; on the development perspective, the position optimizes, productionizes, monitors and refines on-road performance for radar application end-to-end.

You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:

BS, MS, or higher degree, in CS/CE/EE, or equivalent in industry experience

6+ years of experience with radar object tracking 

Solid knowledge in multi-object tracking and estimation theory

Hands-on experience in radar tracking application development

Solid knowledge in deep-learning fundamentals

Hands-on experience in deep-learning development

Ability to intuitively communicate to people without ML expertise

Strong experience with prototyping and general production coding

Strong programming skills in Python or C++

Bonus points! 

Highly knowledgeable about radar signal processing

Advanced expertise in some aspect of ML

Full-stack development experience
