About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Market Operations Associate to help launch our commercial operations in SF. You will own and lead various cross-functional initiatives to drive operating performance. We are looking for someone who can both dive deep into the data and work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders involved in our San Francisco operations. This role will report to the General Manager of the SF Market.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Analyze local market data streams to better understand operating results
  • Provide GM with key operational commentary, proposing actions to address issues that arise
  • Scope and drive initiatives to improve operating performance of the SF Market
  • Build and maintain market-level dashboards to inform strategic recommendations
  • Engage with Product and Operations teams to improve local user experience
  • Address escalations and questions from our Customer Support team
  • With GM, represent local market interests in key strategic and financial discussions across Cruise
  • Lead special projects at the request of the GM or other Cruise leadership

You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy while juggling multiple projects
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Passion for improving processes
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong business judgment
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion about self-driving technology and its potential impact on the world
