About the role:
 
The Global Markets team is looking for a Fleet Operations Manager with product operations, product management and/or rideshare experience. In this position, you will collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to help develop and implement new fleet management products to improve autonomous vehicle operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities Include:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of Cruise’s business strategy and fleet operations
  • Constantly analyze operations to identify shortcomings and potential solutions
  • Partner with end users and Product to develop new fleet management products and processes
  • Coordinate product launches and updates for geographically dispersed operating teams
  • Lead high impact projects to improve autonomous vehicle operations

You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in product operations, management consulting, rideshare, or a related sector
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in product management
  • Experience leading teams
  • SQL proficiency
