About the role:

The People team is passionate about humans who make robots. We are looking for a Senior Business Partner to help our Engineering teams become the most effective and engaged teams they can be.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Quickly becoming the go-to person to execute on People matters
  • Respond to questions, thoughtfully and quickly to resolve tough people challenges
  • Proactively sharing knowledge and learnings with other Business Partners and being an exemplary teammate
  • Effectively coach your Manager partners

You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR, people analytics, or Business Partner experience in the Engineering department of a rapidly scaling tech company
  • Strong talent management knowledge, track record in increasing the engagement and effectiveness of the groups you work with
  • Impeccable listening skills and interpersonal skills; open, honest, and timely communicator
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities and judgment
  • Analytically driven; proficient with data-driven analysis
  • Demonstrated project and change management skills
  • Strong knowledge of engineering organization challenges
  • Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment
  • BA/BS required
