About the role: 

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Hardware team. This role requires and tackle a wide variety of support tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison for the executive(s)
  • Manage busy and ever-changing business calendars
  • Handle multiple requests for time on multiple executive's calendars, utilizing strong judgment in managing priorities of requests and escalating as necessary for resolution and/or prioritization
  • Attend meetings, track action items and keep discussions on track
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetings and functions
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executives

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Experience working with Engineering teams
  • Self starter that can work independently with little oversight
  • Able to work independently and identify areas where outside help is necessary
  • Creative problem solver able to think outside the box
  • Experience supporting Directors and above
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary
