About the role:

We're looking for a bright, resourceful and organized Onboarding and Mobility Manager to join our team. In this position, you will help our rapidly-growing team with a wide array of projects with a focus on on-boarding. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to build their career in People Operations with exposure in on-boarding, systems and programs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • On-boarding:
    • Create Employee files and save employee offer letters and all supporting documents for their employment
    • Proactively communicate with New Hires during pre-boarding
    • Manage the on-boarding platform and update as needed
    • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, IT, Learning & Development and the Office Team to prepare for new hires
    • Manage the on-boarding calendar and changes
    • Generate new hire announcement emails
    • Prepare new hires for their first day at Cruise!
    • Enter all new hire data into HRIS
    • Send new hire survey then review and take action on the results
    • Administer relocation benefits in partnership with our third party relocation company
  • People Systems:
    • Process HRIS changes in Namely (new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations)
    • Create Lucid Org Charts on a monthly basis for Executive Team
    • Partner on administration of various People Ops systems (Culture Amp, Lattice, Plus Relocation)
    • Regular systems audits to ensure comprehensive records are kept and data is accurate and up to date across systems
  • Recruiting Ops:
    • Work with Recruiters to generate and send letters to candidates
    • Review and update offer letter templates as needed
  • Administrative/Ad hoc:
    • Ensure People Ops wiki pages are up to date and create content as needed
    • Assist with ad-hoc People Operations projects as needed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and can work well under pressure
  • Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Passionate about executing a world class on-boarding experience
  • Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, People Ops a plus
  • Interest in People Ops/HR
  • Willingness to learn new technologies (i.e. Namely, Sapling, Greenhouse) and proficient with Google Suite
