This internship provides the training required for the intern to successfully perform duties as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The intern will become familiar with the Copper River company, Talent Acquisition organization, and fundamental TA responsibilities in order to successfully fulfill job requirements and duties. Interns will be given specific training on the recruiting tools, methods, and strategies used by successful TA specialists at Copper River.

In preparation for a SkillBridge internship, we recommend you take the following actions prior to applying.
- Review the DoD SkillBridge website to understand the requirements at https://skillbridge.osd.mil/.
- Meet with your Education & Training Center.
- Request permission from your command to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program.
We’d like interested service members to meet a few criteria before applying with us.
- Be within 9 months of your separation date.
- Be in a location where one of our Copper River family of companies is performing work.
- Have approval from your command to participate in the SkillBridge program.
