At Crowdbotics, we are seeking a Microsoft Alliance Manager to lead and expand our strategic partnership with Microsoft. This critical role will be instrumental in creating a deep go-to-market strategy for Crowdbotics and Microsoft. We are looking for a strong leader with exceptional intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills who can develop, guide, and lead complex relationships, navigating all commercial motions with Microsoft.

As the Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will collaborate with senior leaders from Crowdbotics and Microsoft to identify and build joint solution collaboration initiatives, the accompanying sales motions, marketing investment plans, and regular cadences with Executive, Product, and Sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building a go-to-market plan that drives revenue and industry mindshare/awareness. 

The ideal candidate will possess a unique business and partner development background that enables them to engage at Executive levels, as well as a strategic sales/partnering background that enables them to easily interact with Geo sales teams, Crowdbotics teams, and Microsoft teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy with Microsoft to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within Microsoft to foster strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, service delivery, and support teams to align strategies and achieve mutual goals.
  • Manage and drive joint go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic objectives.
  • Offer insights on market trends, competition, and opportunities to maximize the value of the partnership.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting and accountability mechanisms to track progress and performance.
  • Create and execute detailed account plans for specific segments and verticals to drive growth.
  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to supporting and expanding the Microsoft alliance.
  • Educate and align internal teams to leverage the strengths of the Microsoft partnership effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to emerging needs, ensuring our solutions are well-positioned within Microsoft's ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or alliances, with a proven track record of managing strategic partnerships.
  • Extensive experience working with or within Microsoft's ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain trust quickly across various communication channels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional intelligence, energy, professionalism, and leadership qualities.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and results-focused leadership for scaling a fast-growing company through strategic alliances.
  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability, exceeding targets and utilizing motivating incentive tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, finance, people team, and operations to support effective channel sales programs.
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, motivate, and instill operational rigor into the channel organization.
