As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will be heavily focused on brand FP&A and will be responsible for global consolidation of financial results. This is a highly visibility position and candidate must have an extraordinary sense of integrity and excellent verbal and written communication skills. HEYDUDE is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.  


•Lead all aspects of long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting, consolidating inputs from regions and channels for the brand
•Develop monthly presentations to highlight actual financial results and business drivers
•Provide business insight in the monthly close process to ensure accuracy in financials
•Deliver accurate financial results, and identify and research variances between forecast, budget, and prior year expenses, proactively finding opportunities for improvement.
•Provide cost center management for strategic leaders in the organization
•Ability to build and improve sophisticated financial models to drive financial decisions and improvements in planning and forecast 
•Be a valued business partner by providing data led insights that influence and lead to better decisions.
•Generate/build ad-hoc reports and analyses
•Support FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis, and other reporting requirements upon request
•Support all financial documents (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis


 •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
•5+ years of related work experience
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
•Experience with BI tools, SAP, or BPC a plus
•Expert in building models for analysis 
•Knowledge of accounting procedures
•Periodic travel to regional offices
