Job Description:


This individual will collaborate with regional and internal teams on marketing projects. Candidate must be self-motivated, have a professional attitude, possess excellent communication skills, maintain attention to detail and able to multi-task between multiple projects and manage on-going deadlines.

  • Distributors Portal Updates – Share Out Execution Decks and Always on Social Media content calendar
  • Local content approval for social media
  • Social Media channels monitoring (Partners and direct markets), social data update for SG and AU
  • Managing influencers seeding timeline and shipments
  • Follow up and consolidate report submission (Monthly report and Master Trackers, post campaign)
  • Report updates for APAC AU and SG (IMC/social metrics/influencers report)
  • Direct interface with different distributors, attending meetings and taking notes
  • Focal point for content hub – Crocs Digital Assets Management tool
  • Briefing artworks to Global, if applicable (banners to support new launch and collab for WHS)


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Polytechnic (Mass comm / Marketing / or business focused)
  • Able to commit 6 months and above
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • You have a drive for results and eye for details
  • A flexible and quick learner, eager to excel
  • Social savvy
