Crocs is seeking a Manager, Global Brand Marketing to join our Global Integrated Marketing team. This role will be essential in the strategic development and execution of Crocs’ branded, brand purpose and brand-related quick to market marketing initiatives, including real-time purpose related programs, brand campaigns and digital programs. The Manager, Global Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing will be responsible for strategically driving programs with strong, data driven, disruptive and consumer centric marketing plans. This role will collaborate with key marketing partners; including Brand Communications and Digital/social media, Creative and Copy, eCommerce, as well as cross-functional business partners and key stakeholders, to ensure thoughtful and cohesive storytelling, delivery of unique content, digital innovation, globally relevant and regional scalable marketing plans and innovative activations.

  • Drive and own Crocs’ brand point of view and evangelize the vision across the organization in partnership with Marketing Leadership
  • Demonstrate compelling, unique ways to bring that point of view to life in outstanding, consumer-centric ways – ultimately owning how the consumer sees the Crocs Brand
  • Drive strategic global marketing plans for Crocs’ Brand, Brand Purpose, Innovation, and Quick-to-Market project initiatives from play-test through execution, culminating in outstanding 360 programs
  • Work collaboratively with ESG and Sustainability team to bring Crocs’ brand purpose to light through those efforts and help encourage shown change and progress
  • Optimally drive cross-functional ideation, integration and execution of marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability
  • Willing to push boundaries by testing innovative, go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumer affinities, bringing fresh, exciting marketing ideas to the forefront of our planning
  • Leverage data driven insights to advise marketing campaigns and activation strategies
  • Lead, coach, develop and encourage very hardworking team; help inspire teams across peer groups and across the organization
  • Handle agency partners from ideation through execution, including onboarding new agency partners as needed.
  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including product, merchandising and sales channels, and regional leadership across the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment



  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  • Five (5) years applicable experience and at least two (2) years leading others
  • Strong background in brand, content, and digital marketing preferred
  • Resourceful in grasping Purpose related information and applying this to strong marketing executions to advocate for Crocs’ Brand Purpose pillars
  • Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, empower and encourage direct report(s)
  • Results oriented and operates with sense of urgency; must be able to develop and promote a collaborative environment
  • Capable of handling sophisticated situations in a changing environment; able to consider sophisticated decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international skill with all levels of seniority
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks
