Role Mission:

The E-commerce Ops Manager will be responsible for Crocs E-Commerce owned channels’ sales achievement and growth in China, driving strategic initiatives and business ambition and managing day-to-day operation to ensure a premium and elevated brand experience for consumer. 

Key Activities:

  • Lead business operation planning and ensure high quality execution
  • Deliver China Ecommerce own site business target
  • Manage and accountable for end-to-end daily operation and process optimization to ensure smooth and elevated consumer experience
  • Governance site performance and initiate improvement areas and change request to iterate the own sites
  • Responsible for operational excellence and business KPIs
  • Participate in interaction and communication with cross functions (Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, etc.) and align across key stakeholders from local to regional and global
  • Responsible for topline and sustainable P&L
  • Vendor management
  • Lead initiatives and projects to test and deliver best practice
  • Keep evolving operational way of working, optimize and innovate

Deliverables and Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Ecommerce revenue and growth – performance versus plan.
  2. Ecommerce profitability – performance versus Plan.
  3. Ecommerce KPI’s – traffic, conversion %, UPT, ASP, platform ratings.
  4. Online user experience.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor degree or above
  2. Experience: Minimum 8 years’ E-Commerce experience
  3. Knowledge:
    • Familiar with brand website operation model, included but not limited to .com, WeChat miniprogram, etc. ; experience with WeChat ecosystem is preferred;
    • Deep understanding of brand own private domain.
    • Analytical and data-oriented mind-set.
    • Experience across end-to-end digital ecosystem landscape (front-end, middle console and back-end).
    • Vendor and team management experience, able to motivate and improve efficiency.
    • Advanced knowledge of comprehensive management ability on digital operation, online sales, marketing opportunity (paid media, content marketing, SMS…) and supportive functions (CRM, CS, logistics…).
    • Successful practices of planning, execution, coordination on big promotions and brand marketing campaigns.
  4. Interpersonal Skill: Strong collaboration skills and experience on building collaborative relationships; highly organized, consumer-centric, business-driven; ability to work under pressure, responsive, meet deadlines and be flexible; curiosity, passion for Internet and strong team spirit
  5. Travel Requirement: As required
