[Role Mission]

This role will be responsible for leading e-tail business & marketplaces. This position also will be communicating and building relationships with responsible e-tail key accounts and 3rd party agencies, as well as Merchandising, Marketing, and related teams Crocs internally.

 

 

[Responsibilities]

This role will be responsible for delivering P&L KPI including revenue, PM and EBIT and developing the business with strong ownership

  • Understand Crocs Marketplace strategy, develop and implement marketplace key plans
  • Build GTM & media plan and execute key initiatives to achieve the target
  • Analyze the sales & marketing performance with market insight and initiate actions if needed
  • Build a strong relationship with marketplaces and 3rd party agencies & eTailers
  • Work closely with multi functions for product assortment and price plan with branding activities
  • Support Marketplace Manager and the team in terms of operation & business such as order, shipping and billing

 

 

  1. 1P business (60%)
  • Responsible for managing pre-book and at-once orders from eTail (eCommerce wholesale) vendors and pure players
  • Communicate with the customers so their business is in line with corporate strategy and direction
  • Make sure smooth operations so orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

 

 

  1. 3P business (40%)
  • Responsible for developing GTM strategies across responsible marketplaces and lead consignment vendors for perfect execution
  • Engage customers to grow the business in each season and pre-align big promotions to meet KPI target
  • Help regular replenishment and manage consignment inventory

 

 

[Requirements] (Same as the current ones)

  • Education: Degree in any general discipline or related field.
  • Experience
    • 4-6 Years of professional experience in Ecommerce
    • 1-2 years of marketplace/etail/vendor business in brand is preferred
  • Competency
    • Analytical mindset and back-end operating knowledge of Marketplace
    • Knowledge of using Naver/Google Analytics is a plus, not a must
  • Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong negotiation skill, Sales driven
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment
    • High energy, and willingness to have an open-mind and be challenged by
    • various stakeholders and timelines
