- Responsible for migrating all contract data into one central repository.
- Contract management for the Legal department
- Critically review all contract data and ensure accuracy of each record.
- Ensure all contract related documents are stored according to company policy and procedures
- Other related tasks assigned by legal assistant and counsels
- Minimum ‘O’ Level qualifications
- Preferably with relevant legal administrative experience
- Meticulous, able to carry out task in a planned and orderly manner
- Firm attention to detail
- Contract management experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Acrobat
