Responsibilities

  • Responsible for migrating all contract data into one central repository.
  • Contract management for the Legal department
  • Critically review all contract data and ensure accuracy of each record.
  • Ensure all contract related documents are stored according to company policy and procedures
  • Other related tasks assigned by legal assistant and counsels

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualifications
  • Preferably with relevant legal administrative experience
  • Meticulous, able to carry out task in a planned and orderly manner
  • Firm attention to detail
  • Contract management experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Acrobat
