We are looking for a Sr. Category Manager, Collaborations who is an agile, self-starting teammate to join us in bringing innovative, consumer-first collaborations and energy product to the evolving global marketplace. In reporting to the Director of Category Management, Energy, you will support the creation of consumer centric, exciting product that engages consumers in the global energy & collaboration landscape. This role will be passionate about driving and implementing the product vision and strategy, help identifying market and partner opportunities for our global collaborations. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will apply effective cross functional collaboration to get key partners aligned to the overall strategic plan and vision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Demonstrate deep understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand
•Understand key brand objectives and initiatives on yearly and seasonal calendars
•Drive and implementing global partnerships' roadmap in collaboration with Director of Category Management and support in the identification of key opportunities for the brand, globally
•Drive detailed communication and collaboration across multiple cross functional groups along with external partners
•Drive cross functional and external partners to maintain project timelines and results
•Enjoy working with ambiguity and defining a growing product space
•Management of Centric PLM and samples as needed
•BS or BA in business, marketing – or equivalent years of experience
•5+ years category management experience
•Strong intuition for business and record of achieving goals
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage others
•Takes an engaged approach
•Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo. Drives opportunities for change and improvement as a solution-oriented contributor
•May lead projects or a part of a complex project and/or coordinate small teams
•Experience mentoring junior colleagues and/or managing others preferred. Act as a resource for those with less experience
•Ability to travel
