Our EMEA Brand Center Support in Hoofddorp is looking for a EMEA Brand Partnerships Intern. The EMEA Brand Partnerships Intern gives support to the Crocs regional Communications and Social Media team in all topics related to Brand Partnerships: Ambassadors, Influencers, Collaborations and Partnerships.

What will you do?

Activate Ambassadors and Influencer Regional Plans:

  • Give support to the team in ensuring all the Ambassador and Influencer Campaigns are executed within time and budget.
  • Work with internal teams on sourcing the product samples for seeding
  • Work with external on Seeding experiences: From concepts to production to shipments
  • Develop briefs to agencies to provide seeding lists for campaigns and follow up with internal teams on approvals
  • Develop briefs for Ambassadors and Influencers to ensure the content created remains within brand values and campaign needs
  • Work closely with social media teams on informing them on upcoming campaigns to ensure amplification through organic and paid

Support in EMEA Brand Partnerships:

  • Give support to all tasks related to planning and execution of our Brand Partnerships for the region
  • Support in our regional collaborations plans:
    • Works with external agencies on coordinating the campaign creation/production
    • Works on the Activation plans and Execution playbooks
    • Work in coordinating with internal channels on execution plans
  • Support in identifying co-branded partnerships opportunities, reaching out to partners, elaborating concepts


  • Measures and optimizes activations and communicates to key stakeholders both regionally and globally
  • Reports and tracks brand performance per market against KPIs

What will you bring to the table?

Minimum Education:

  • Student in Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing, Masters in Communications or Marketing highly desired.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills including organizational skills, project planning abilities, timeline management, results-orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Intricate knowledge of EU and influencer and media landscapes
  • Demonstrates creative strategic thinking, brings new ideas to the table and is able and willing to prove concepts and develop plans to bring them to life
  • Expertise in social influencer marketing, including various levels and tiers of influencers across the ecosystem
  • Strong communication abilities, written and verbal
  • Requires thorough knowledge of general marketing principles, and how communication can lead, enhance and amplify broader marketing efforts
  • Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize duties, operates with sense of urgency
