Role Mission:

The eCommerce Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing digital marketing activations across all channels including paid media(i.e. PPC, Display, Social) and organic channels(i.e. email, Kakao channel) to drive Crocs’ digital growth in Korea by increasing eCommerce traffic and revenue. This role will support to and etailer/marketplace together


Key Process Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. Paid media execution

-    Plan and manage the day-to-day operation of digital marketing aligning with brand digital strategy

-    Maximize the effectiveness of paid media including PPC, Display ads, and social ads with date-driven insight

-    Launch and develop solid social ads campaigns with experience and expertise in the field: daily operation & monitoring required.

-    Initiate new media to unlock our ability to reach more customers

-    Identify sources of growth/profitability/efficiency in current or new areas through strategic thinking and creative analytics

-    Cooperate with internal & external teams to promote our events

2. Owned media execution

-    Support email marketing activities to increase customer engagement and retention

-    Develop digital programs to increase the # of email subscribers

-    Manage email subscriber lists and develop segmentation strategies

-    Plan and execute marketing activities in Kakao channel to drive sales and increase customer loyalty

-    Develop contents in Kakao channel (posts and message) to deliver our brand value

4. Data/ Analytics

-    Maintain a clear perspective on the data pipeline and data management strategy

-    Daily eCommerce KPIs tracking by channels and managing eCommerce reports

-    Provide data-driven and actionable insights on consumer behavior for the optimizations of website and new business opportunities.

-    Improve KPIs by identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and gaining the findings

-    Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems.

5. Other

-    Support etailer and marketplace’s digital marketing activities with sharing best practices and co-work with etailer and marketplace sales team

-    In partnership with the global tech team define technical issues and requirements for successful execution of performance marketing

-    Monitor online consumer responses and plan to react to any negative influences to brand that risks business

-    Monitor competitors’ interesting initiatives and stay up to date on the latest industry developments, trends, and best practices

-    Identify new traffic and customer engagement opportunities.

-    Work closely with stakeholders (internal team, agencies, and media)


Deliverables and Indicators (KPIs)

1.      Traffic and revenue from media execution, in terms of ROAS and growth MoM and YoY

2.      ECommerce KPI achievement

3.      Budget Management and cost monitoring


Job Requirements:


Degree in any general discipline or related field


4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing

(A minimum of 1+ years of performance marketing)


-    Proven experience running performance marketing and KPI measurements

-    Proven track record of delivering growth from multiple digital advertising sources, and executing key analyses

-    Proven experience leading social campaign and advertisements (FB/IG)

-    Strong understanding of paid media and content landscape

-    Able to handle large sets of complex data with excellent attention to details

-    Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics tools: Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics

-    Basic knowledge in HTML and Photoshop/XD preferred

-    Good communication skills

-    Fluent/advanced in written and spoken English & Korean
