The mission of the role is to position the Crocs brand as the most comfortable footwear brand in APAC through innovative and inspirational brand marketing, communications and digital campaigns. He/she will achieve this mission by:


  • Develop regional strategic marketing plan and maintain clear direction for the APAC brand marketing efforts in line with global strategy
  • Work closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams in developing the APAC consumer marketing strategy ensuring all regional activity is linked directly to brand awareness, consideration, and desirability KPIs
  • Collaborate with best-in-class agencies to craft and execute effective and exciting marketing strategies
  • Provides input into the creative, media, digital, and PR agencies the annual and quarterly media/advertising plan in close coordination with local countries
  • Develop an improve influencer strategy and local asset creation through KOLS/KOCs/Employees
  • Provides input into the brand asset/ influencers created locally as well as globally to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies
  • Constantly liaises with Retail and Merchandise and with other communications disciplines to ensure smooth implementation
  • Pro-actively develops and recommends integrated advertising, new media strategies and its derived programs according to the marketing plan
  • Proactively works with VM and Merchandizing teams in supporting all their brand asset activities and all trade fairs and trade meetings with aim to position the brand as set out in our objectives


  • Measure campaign performance and provide insight back to the team about how to improve efficacy
  • Identifying how global communications can be adapted and implemented or developed to local initiatives
  • Sources, establishes strong relationships and manages day-to-day activities with relevant agency partners and (media) vendors
  • Remains up to date on the fast developing Media Environment in general and New Media technologies and opportunities in particular


  • Manage Asia Budget management process and tracking of spend efficiencies in each market
  • Develops and implements planning and execution processes, follows the marketing plan timely, that helps build effective APAC marketing execution
  • Executes and tracks the seasonal plans across the countries
  • Benchmarks the progress in the brand perception of the consumers


  • Suggests how to strategically position Crocs to convey the brand as innovative and inspirational
  • Other job-related work assigned by supervising manager


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the advertising or communication dept. with an international brand/retail/consumer technology/fashion
  • Degree in marketing or communications related qualification.
  • Knowledgeable about APAC fashion and international sports/or fashion, lifestyle industry
  • Previous experience in social, influencer, PR, and digital
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Well verse in Microsoft office tools (Word, outlook, Powerpoint, Excel)
