Role Mission:

This role will be responsible for all managing and coordinating merchandising, marketing, reporting and sales related to the Korea marketplaces and responsible for achieving forecasted revenue targets.

 

Key Process Accountabilities

Key Activities

1.      Maintain daily business operations

 

-        develop and maintain reporting within each marketplace

-        Communicate performance results to greater team and suggest recommendations to continually improve performance

2.      Manage Product list

-        Work directly with each marketplace, leveraging their knowledge/expertise to continually optimize listings and ad campaigns is key to this position.

-        Work closely with both in-house merchandising team and the marketplace(s) merchant team to properly identify/source relevant products, pricing, promotions to continually grow marketplace revenue

Create product listings or leverage 3rd party vendor to accurately create product listings on all marketplaces, ensuring best practices are met to properly list and market a product

-        Manage product launches, and implement strategies to boost, and maintain product rankings

 

3.      Build a strong relationship with relevant team

-        Maintain a strong relationship with customer service team, helping troubleshoot relevant issues impacting business performance, and assisting in setting up proper returns/refunds policy to ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience

-        Work closely with senior executives across the organization to effectively integrate the digital strategy with other corporate initiatives.

4.      Project Management

 

-        Identify any new or additional business opportunities within each marketplace, or new marketplaces relevant for Crocs

1.      Manage and maintain each marketplace business

3.      Marketing budget Management and Cost monitoring

Job Requirements:

Education

Degree in any general discipline. 

Experience

Must have at least 3 years of eCommerce experience

2+ years marketplace Seller Central experience a plus

Knowledge

Knowledge of using Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other SEO tools

Interpersonal Skill
