Crocs Germany GmbH is looking for a Store Manager in Neumuenster. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall organization and management Crocs Store. The main focus is to ensure that customers stay loyal to Crocs and achieve the revenue goals by motivating and inspire your employees on how to achieve this.

What will you do?

Key Accountability 1: Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Train and coach employees on the sales and service to customers
  • Be a role model and motivate employees to attain individual and team sales goals daily

Key Accountability 2: Leadership & Management

  • Ownership and accountability for the overall management of the Crocs Stores
  • Create a performance culture to deliver KPI’s, met or exceed store financial projections and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Deliver operational excellence in the store by following the policies and practices, including human resources, visual merchandising, marketing, loss prevention, operations and safety and security of employees and customers
  • Delegate tasks/responsibilities and provide clear directions to others.
  • Establish high standards for employee performance and set clear expectations of team members.
  • Generates positive results in a manner that is consistent with Crocs’ values
  • Drive a safe and secure environment focused on incident prevention

Key Accountability 3: Sales

  • Exceed financial targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Make sure that the visual merchandising and display maintenance is organized which is in line with the standards of the EMEA Brand Support Center.
  • Monitoring the products in the stockroom
  • Ensure that there is a high level of delivering of operational excellence including store appearance, loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and safety and security of people and assets.
  • Use labor management tools to schedule effectively and to maximize productivity, profitability and margins while adhering to all applicable local laws governing store operations

Key Accountability 4: Team

  • Recruit, select, hire and onboard new team members
  • Train new team members. Track the progress of the new team member
  • Asses and develop talent within the team for future growth
  • Actively participate in the performance management process, which includes recognizing, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to improve personal and store performances
  • Empower co-workers to create an exceptional customer experience to increase service and sales results.

Who are you?

Minimum Experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in a similar position and Retail organization.
  • Training and coaching of employees experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • English speaker and writer
  • Fluent in German/French/Dutch (verbally and written)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Flexible in working hours

  • Knows how to track record in delivering KPI’s and conversion
