Our EMEA brand support center in Hoofddorp is looking for: Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for enabling the development of the EMEA wholesale business, works cross-functionally to build programs, and ensures solid sales operations.  Key areas of responsibility include Strategic Business Development and Market Initiatives, Sales Support and Account Management. 

What will you do?

Strategic Business Development and Market Initiatives

  • Drive 3 to 5 year EMEA market (account and door growth) plans with commercial teams
  • Develop and implement plans to activate market opportunities with merchandising, marketing and sales teams
  • Develop Sales Programs to enable strategic growth, including seasonal placement programs, commercial incentives and SPIFFs.

Sales Support

  • Build and implement International Account sales strategies
  • Define and implement Sales Process Improvements
  • Key point of communication for countries
  • Facilitate contract and sales term review
  • Builds Seasonal Sales Tool Kit including fixtures
  • Responsible for Seasonal Sales Conference

Account Management

  • Direct Management of Central Accounts and Clearance Sales
  • Build and implement International Account sales strategies

Who are you?

Minimum Education: 

  • Bachelor Degree

Minimum Experience: 

  • 5 years of experience in in a commercial function.
  • Management experience preferred.

  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex concepts clearly and simply.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and successfully work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
