Job Summary:

Crocs is seeking a skilled ecommerce fraud and risk professional to support our rapidly growing global ecommerce business.  The primary responsibility for the position is to drive the reduction and proactive mitigation of consumer-based chargebacks.  They will oversee incoming orders and help develop our screening process and tools that keep us in line with Card Brand fraud and chargeback guidelines globally.  He or she will produce reporting measuring the effectiveness of the fraud management and dispute programs.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Review incoming orders identified as fraudulent to ensure our screening process is continually adjusted to minimize exposure and maximize sales.
  • Ensure Crocs, Inc. is compliant with all credit card and global monetary exchange requirements.
  • Partner with outside vendors (ADYEN and KOUNT) to review, monitor and adjust compliance results as needed based on industry best practices and Crocs business needs.
  • Actively support global ecommerce commercial goals and be an integral cross-functional partner.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce payments and fraud monitoring

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in eCommerce ops and Payments (marketplaces a plus)
  • Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with fraud online metrics and patterns
  • Excellent Excel skills to analyze trends and summarize data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, global environment

Travel Requirements:

  • 1-2 international and 1-2 domestic trips per year
