The Reporting Analyst provides reporting support to Americas region.  This position helps drive the ongoing standardization and improvement of reporting processes and business metrics, including integration with new enterprise reporting and planning systems.  Other responsibilities include management reporting and support of internal customers by answering questions and providing financial guidance. He or she will be responsible for supporting operations by building tracking reports, completing ad hoc analysis, and working with IT to implement a new BI tool allowing automated reports. This role reports into the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – Americas.


  • Timely delivery of management reports to all commercial channels.
  • Support all aspects of preparation of monthly and quarterly business review documents.
  • Serve as a budget consultant for all departments.
  • Be the key point of contact for Director and Channel Finance leads on all historical actuals and forecasts.
  • Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request.
  • Assist with financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives and to accurately capture changing business economics and structure.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required. 


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 1-3 years of related experience working with modeling and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience with SAP and BPC preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines and act with urgency.
  • Ability to look for and introduce new ways to improve performance, achieve commitments and improve measurements.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work through periods of high intensity time demands.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and wants to learn and be challenged.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change.
