Crocs is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to support the organization in leveraging our analytics tools to drive marketing, merchandising, and other decisions. In this role, you will craft approaches and analyses that both inform and enhance our business. The Senior Digital Analyst role is focused on helping identify the highest-impact questions to address, designing and executing high-quality analyses, and partnering with key stakeholders across the business to translate the resulting insights into detailed execution plans. The ideal candidate will not only analyze large amounts of data to develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations; they will also condense those findings into a concise and meaningful story which they clearly communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role serves as a mentor, working alongside the Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics and Director of Digital Insights to develop the skills and capabilities of the analytics team.


  • Align with Digital Insights leadership to advocate and help implement a shared vision
  • Be a key participant in translating organizational needs into strategic architecture and approaches within the Adobe ecosystem, Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, etc.)
  • Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to drive analytical effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business growth
  • Elevate service standards to all internal customers by bringing a strong customer-focused ethos
  • Elevate team performance by helping to develop the skills and acumen of the analytics team
  • Evangelize the tools, systems, and output of the analytics team across the organization and throughout all levels of the business
  • Perform data quality audits; identify data collection issues & gaps; recommend fixes
  • Enhance & develop instrumentation specs for existing and new site functionality; QA tags and other tools in internal development environments


  • BS/BA in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
  • 5+ years' experience in a related role with demonstrated growth in both role and responsibility
  • Experience with digital and ecommerce sites, digital marketing, and retail
  • Strong proficiency of Adobe Analytics, from implementation and governance to reporting and solutions design
  • Previous experience mentoring/coaching team members
  • Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills (both oral and written); ability to balance statistical/scientific rigor with business realities; adept at interpreting and communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are essential; must be able to balance multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across multiple functions within the organization
  • Highly proficient with standard business analytics tools (MS Excel, SQL, SAP)
