Role Mission: This role is mainly to establish and to provide insights from product perspective to drive wholesales business and retail productivity improvements.    

 

Key Activities

  1. Sales Planning Execution
  • Be responsible for account buying plan setting via working closely with Finance and Merchant team
  • Season forecast & Monthly Sales forecast for distributor and sales
  • Sales forecast weekly update to secure sell-in target achievement
  • Quick response on account real-need product

  2.  Reporting and analysis

  • Ensure right sales report and new build suitable report based on requirements
  • Accuracy of collected information, insightful retail information analysis
  • Cooperate with finance team about monthly cut-off day data timely and accurately

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree Experience More than 3 years of solid experience in Retail industry of sales operation Knowledge
  • Has the ability to plan and execute
  • Excellent numerical, reporting, analysis skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Detail focused and service orientation
  • Good team player and be able to multi-task
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin, both spoken and written Interpersonal Skill Proactive and flexible personality Travel Requirement As required
