Job Description

  • Make training plan, organize and follow up

  • Facilitates training classes and learning forums on brand, product, and service to the store team

  • Creates a learning atmosphere, which appeals to a variety of learning

  • Accountability to secure the execution by organization of the learning and development events in the region according to the training plan

  • Providing innovative proposal to elevate the training material

  • Facilitate and coach the operational system to the store team

  • Consult with the regional operation team to follow up and drive the execution and evaluation of the service

  • Analyzes data, extrapolates critical factors and makes appropriate recommendations to improve current and future business results

  • Deliver a variety of learning solution materials and formats to address individual and store team performance gaps. Materials incorporate validated learning objectives and performance improvement which align with company direction.

  • Work with products team to create and update newest products knowledge and transfer to store team

  • Work with AP training team for updates and execution

  • As a spirit role model in varies of occasions, deliver energy and passion for the brand

  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by line manager



  • Bachelor Degree in Business related discipline or equivalent;


Other Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’retail training experience including program development and execution

  • Solid experience in retail sales & management training is a must and experience in accessory / apparel / footwear is a plus

  • Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills

  • A great presenter, able to work independently / under pressure

  • Excellent command on both written and spoken English, and Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
