The Executive End User Support Engineer (MAC) will provide user support for the Crocs executive team.  This role will proactively manage and support our executives on primarily MAC related issues as well as end user hardware, user accounts and various systems and applications. Conferencing technologies within the Niwot location.

Candidates for this role must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong/advanced troubleshooting skills across Apple and Windows operating systems, the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and the ability to provide guidance to support teams in other regions.

End User Technology

 

  • Provide day to day technological support for the Executive Support Team
  • Follow established process and structure to deliver high quality end-user support to resolve technology support issues.
  • Troubleshoot Macs, PC’s, mobile phones, office equipment, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions as well as any other operational difficulties.
  • Troubleshoot conference Room and collaboration technologies
  • Follow established escalation and notification paths for critical operational incidents and issues

IT Technical Support

  • Install, configure and maintain personal computers, printers, Windows networks, workstations, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades of printers and related equipment, as needed.

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

A Bachelor’s degree or prior relevant experience is required

 

Minimum Experience

Minimum 3 years of Executive Support experience in a global company (Prefer Retail) using Apple products

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience providing technical support to executives
  • Must have a thorough and current knowledge of personal computing devices, mobile phones, and conference room technologies
  • Experience supporting conference rooms, Microsoft Teams and Teams rooms
  • Excellent understanding of an organization’s goals, objectives
  • and ability to actively participate in large projects
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives as a team player in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in a business-friendly language with a focus on Value proposition
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a “Sense of Urgency” who can be a part of highly productive teams
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with strong problem-solving ability
  • ITIL Foundations certification a plus
  • Apple ACMT certification a plus
