This role is in the organization to support small-medium sized Artbot projects from ideation through to completion.

The core expectation of this role is to support content creation and digital production, to receive mentorship, to grow producer skills and knowledge of traditional production/production at scale/ creative automation/ project management, and to gain experience working in larger projects and teams. This role also supports administration tasks of art buying, live action, and post-production pipelines and maintains the overarching organization of production documentation and tasks.

Career Development is typically provided by a Senior Producer [or above] but can be modified to suit an account and/or office location.

The nature of this role of role is that of a ‘learner’ and ‘contributor’.


 

You will:

  • Collaborate with leads to understand the breadth of Artbot’s service offerings
  • Collaborate with peers and leads to support production administration and management duties of
    • Tracking raw media asset deliverables movement through to final delivery and archive
    • Supporting ArtBuyers, Producers and Creatives by fulfilling footage and stock/imagery requests
    • Updating project and cost trackers
    • Vendor management
    • Contract creation and payments and associated paperwork/documentation
    • Coordinating production E2E logistics alongside Production & Cross-Discipline teams
    • Developing and maintaining organized project documentation, schedules, supplies, and paperwork.
  • Develop the ability to work with creative automation tools to aid in the delivery of creative assets
  • Understand the workflow of projects from beginning to end, including all inputs and outputs
  • Maintain high touch communication with both internal stakeholders, manage production schedules, milestones, and deliverables with support from leads
  • Begin to develop an understanding of production documentation including master production agreements, NDAs, talent contracts, location contracts, etc.; focus on learning the process to engage with BA/Finance and the documentation needed
  • Collaborate leads to oversee pre-production, on-set activities (if applicable), and post-production with a key focus on creative and craft, while ensuring creative is optimized for media and scale requirements, and efforts are prioritized
  • As part of the role on the Artbot producer team:
    • Focus on learning; as a Production Coordinator, you have much to give to the agency team – and much to learn – keep an open mind and utilize every opportunity to develop a new skill, insight or relationship
    • See every directive to engage within Artbot, whether on production or supporting one of our internal groups (Business Affairs, Operations, Finance, etc.), as an opportunity to learn about the team and the process and develop a new skill at the same time.

 

You have:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, related field or equivalent experience
  • Working experience managing creative projects
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word,, Smartsheet.
  • Beginner experience in interactive and/or digital production and familiarity with the agency model are considered assets.
  • Basic understanding of digital production, production at scale and creative automation
  • Proficient knowledge of basic production or project management skills including the development of timelines, budget maintenance and clear communication
