The Lead Designer is a master of her/his design craft, and is responsible for the execution of complex visual design deliverables, leads the successful implementation of design solutions for marketing/communication campaigns and digital experiences that benefit people and clients. By creating design deliverables and solutions that align strategic direction and user needs, providing support and guidance to other team members, having passion for design and keeping high standards, the Senior Designer plays a key role on project success, client satisfaction and strengthening our creative culture.


You will: 

  • Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, software and digital products.
  • Create wireframes, UI prototypes, and UI mockups to visualize design concepts.
  • Design and maintains UI design systems with supervision from a Lead.
  • Strong understanding of UI patterns, UI component libraries and Atomic Design principles.
  • Good understanding of branding, visual communications and social media processes.
  • Understand, analy, and responds to client briefs and requests.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
  • Provide reliable quality assurance on all creative deliverables. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.
  • Actively participates in calls and client meetings and handles IM and e-mail communication. Presents work during client presentations.
  • Actively participates in strategic brainstorming, design thinking and collaboration sessions, and creative brief development.
  • Think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
  • Understand and apply the design thinking cycle to projects when appropriate.
  • Balances strategic development with client objectives.

  • Build and maintain a rapport with department team members, project managers and other disciplines key team members.
  • Stay up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
  • Drive design inspiration and learning among team members.

You have:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
  • 4+ yrs. Experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
  • Work design portfolio, including pieces for international clients.
  • Work experience in Social Media Content (posts, banners, for example), UI/UX, and Presentation Design, preferably for international clients and global brands.
  • Working experience with print, visual design, digital marketing, illustration, and motion areas.
  • Knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, and After Effects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Animate, HTML5 animation, Zeplin, Abstract, Principle.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote) and workflow management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp).
  • Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, WordPress, AEM, etc.
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles, trends, systems.
  • Working experience with UX principles, trends and theory.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising and business strategy concepts.
  • Experience creating user interfaces for digital products.
  • Knowledge of design systems frameworks such as Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design, or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups.
  • Any certification, course or training on UX, UI, visual design, design systems, marketing campaigns, business and/or design thinking is a plus.
