As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind. You solve complex problems independently, advance the work, and guide junior analysts on project deliverables. Of the five sub-disciplines of Marketing Science—tracking and measurement, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, and statistical modeling— you excel in at least two. Most importantly, you’ve got a solid understanding of how they all fit into a project, and you’re looking to hone your craft in areas you’re unfamiliar with.


You will:

  • Understand what the data means and where it fits into the clients’ business.
  • Ensure proper communication between the Marketing Science team and other disciplines.
  • Manage, support, and own campaign tracking code setup.
  • Oversee taxonomy management to ensure data organization and structure across platforms.
  • Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols.
  • Manage ongoing metrics and segment management including the accurate creation of segments and calculated metrics in Adobe Analytics.
  • Approach analysis process logically to demonstrate how data lead to conclusions.
  • Provide work direction and mentor Associate Analysts and Analysts.
  • Drive collaboration within teams to provide support, share skills, and gain insight.
  • Confidently manage project delivery expectations and communications to project team.

You have:

  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
  • A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organization skills.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Experience with website analytics platforms (e.g.: Google or Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with digital media platforms (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g.: Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) including how each one works and how they interact with one another.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g.: Tableau, Datorama etc.).
  • Experience in creating and refining taxonomy structures.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills and are experienced leading communications with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience solving problems and finding solutions independently.
  • Consistent delivery of insights and work that moves the business; always with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-organized approach to working on multiple projects at once.
  • Passion to always improve your team’s craft through ongoing learning and support.
