We are looking for an ICT helpdesk employee who, together with the team, resolves ICT incidents and service requests.
Function description:
- You are part of our ICT helpdesk
- Independently resolving ICT incidents and answering questions
- Working in a team, sharing knowledge, and following up in the helpdesk tool (ServiceNow)
- Diligent follow-up and documentation
Required skills and knowledge:
- Experience on a helpdesk
- Initiative to help customers and solve problems
- Positive mindset
- Good knowledge of Windows, O365, SharePoint, and office applications
- Broad foundational knowledge of IT in general
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch
Additional specifications / Special provisions: Approximately half-time in the office, rotating in shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM
