Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, systems and interfaces to understand integration needs.
- Design, development, testing and deployment of message flows deployed on IBM AppConnect Enterprise (ACE).
- Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues with ESB services.
- Document integration solution design, configuration and deployment procedures, creating user guides and technical documentation for developers and platform engineers.
- Provide Support and maintenance of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) deployed on Linux OS and IBM MQ.
- Monitor the health, performance, and availability of ESB infrastructure and services, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Raise and coordinate resolution of issues with middleware provider support teams.
- Perform middleware patching and upgrades.
- Participate to the failover and disaster recovery tests.
- Automation of certain manual process using Ansible and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Job Requirements:
- University (M.Sc.) degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering (or equivalent applied experience)
- Strong proficiency in one or more coding languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#, Python).
- Experience with development platforms (e.g., Cloud Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, MS Azure, etc.).
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and an object-oriented programming language
- Experience developing for multiple operating systems (Windows, Unix, etc.).
- Experience with DBMS (e.g., Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in building APIs for both internal and external products.
- Programming languages (Java, C#, etc.), incl. the following: JavaEE, EJB, CDI, JSF, Primefaces, REST / SOAP Webservices, JMS, AngluarJS, Redux, Hibernate
- Continuous build and integration using Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Liquibase, Junit
- Github or another source code repository
- Low Code Platform (i.e., Outsystems, Mendix) is a plus
- WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (V3.2), WSO2 Data Service Servers, Data Services Load Balancer
- IBM Integration Bus (V10), IBM MQ Server (V9), IBM Transformation Extender
- IBM WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Message Broker, Enterprise Service Hub
- JBoss Application Server (JavaEE) or equivalent application servers
